Swimmer apparently went missing late Monday night, police say
ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – The search for a missing swimmer has been suspended because of the rip current risk, according to CBS3.
A risk of rip currents hampered the search for the man reported missing off an Atlantic City beach on Monday night.
Atlantic City police said first responders searched the ocean and beach after they received an unconfirmed report of a man who entered the ocean and did not return to shore, the police department's Facebook page states.
