NJ Man Fatally Stabbed His Grandfather, Fled Scene In Victim's SUV: Prosecutor
Federal agents arrested the suspect inside a university parking garage across state lines.

VILLANOVA, PA — A South Jersey man was arrested Wednesday after fatally stabbing his grandfather the night before and fleeing the scene in the victim's SUV, authorities said.
Shawn A. Moir, 26, was wanted after stabbing Albert Moir with a kitchen knife Tuesday night at their shared home in Vineland, authorities said. The victim was 59.
The suspect was arrested Wednesday afternoon after authorities found him inside the car, which was parked in a parking garage at Villanova University in Pennsylvania.

Vineland police responded to the stabbing around 11 p.m. Tuesday on Diamond Drive. Shawn Moir fled the scene in the victim's Chevy Tahoe before officers arrived, authorities said.
When Moir was at large earlier Wednesday, the Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office said he should be considered "armed and dangerous."

Members of the U.S. Marshals Service's Fugitive Task Force of Eastern Pennsylvania found the stolen Tahoe around 1 p.m. Wednesday in a Villanova parking garage.
Moir was inside the vehicle. He was arrested without incident shortly after.
The suspect isn't affiliated with Villanova University, according to university officials.
Moir was charged with two counts of murder and one count each of unlawful possession of a weapon (knife) and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.
