The community features 59 apartments with various floor plan options, making it easy for seniors to find the ideal space to call home. Prime features like — a fireside lounge, game area with billiards table, beautifully landscaped courtyard with gazebo, and paved walking path — are accessible to all residents. Unlike life plan communities, also known as CCRCs, Traditions does not require a buy-in fee, proving that senior living can be an affordable retirement option. Included in the monthly rent is a long list of amenities and services, such as 24-hour personal care assistance, three daily meals, robust activities and wellness programs, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, utilities, and on-site physical and occupational therapies, to name a few.
