Father Arrested for Leaving 3 Yr. Old Unattended in a Car
The infant Gloucester Township girl was taken to the hospital.

A Blackwood, Gloucester Township man was arrested Tuesday for leaving his 3-year-old daughter in a locked, unattended car.
James Hernandez, 38, of Murray Way, was charged with creating a hazardous or dangerous condition and released with a court date.
The incident occurred shortly after noon in the township municipal building parking lot. Police responded to a report of a crying infant in a car. They found Hernandez's child in the car and was able to get her out. She was sent to a local hospital for evaluation.
A short time later, Hernandez emerged from the municipal building and was detained and charged by police. The infant was released to her mother, Tina Hernandez at the hospital, police said. The child was not injured.
