Fire Destroyed Camden Co. Couple's Dream Home, All Of Their Belongings
They closed on the home 6 months ago and planned to marry next May. Now, a GoFundMe is helping them rebuild their future.
LINDENWOLD, NJ — Rich Derer and Tiffany Siligato couldn't wait for their next chapter. They found their dream home in Lindenwold and planned to celebrate their wedding next year.
In an instant, they lost everything. A gas fire destroyed their home early Sunday morning, leaving them with nothing but the clothes on their backs, according to a GoFundMe supporting Derer and Siligato.
The fire roared from their 7th Avenue house, extending to the residence next door. Nobody was hurt, but the blaze hollowed out the soon-to-be-married couple's dream home.
