Missing Gloucester Township Man May Be Staying With Friend: Cops

Gloucester Township police are asking for the public's help to find Phillip A. Stephan, who was last seen at his home in October.

GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Gloucester Township man who has been missing since October may be staying with a friend locally, police said Wednesday afternoon.

Phillip A. Stephan, 69, was reported missing from his home in the Millbridge Garden Apartments on Dec. 15, Gloucester Township police said previously. He was last seen at his home in October.

On Wednesday, police provided an update that he may be staying with a friend in Lindenwold, Pine Hill, Clementon, or Waterford.

Stephan is described as a 6'0," 170-pound white man with brown eyes and gray hair. He is missing his left foot and walks with a limp. His image can be found below.
