Police were called to the Blackwood apartment complex at 5:15 a.m. on a report of two suspicious males inside a vehicle there.
Dispatched officers did not find any suspicious activity at Lakeview at that time, but a little more than an hour after the first report police were again summoned to the Lower Landing Road complex—this time for a report that someone was inside a vacant apartment there.
