The community features 59 apartments with various floor plan options, making it easy for seniors to find the ideal space to call home. Unlike life plan communities, also known as CCRCs, Traditions does not require a buy-in fee, proving that senior living can be an affordable retirement option. Included in the monthly rent is a long list of amenities and services, such as 24-hour personal care assistance, three daily meals, robust activities and wellness programs, housekeeping, maintenance, transportation, utilities, and on-site physical and occupational therapies, to name a few.
