The 17-hour search concluded Monday afternoon.

PITMAN, NJ — The search for a teen who never emerged from a South Jersey lake concluded Monday afternoon after first responders recovered his body.
Officials identified the victim as Victor Rodriguez, 18, who had been a standout wrestler on the Pitman High School wrestling team.
Efforts to find Rodriguez began Sunday night after he reportedly went swimming in Alcyon Lake and never emerged. The search lasted just more than 17 hours, according to Mayor Michael Razze.
