Prostitution Sting Shuts Down Rainbow Acupressure

A College Drive massage parlor was shut down by authorities earlier this month after its owner and an employee were charged in a prostitution sting.

A joint investigation by Gloucester Township Police Department, Camden County Prosecutor's Office, U.S. Department of Homeland Security and the FBI includes prostitution charges against Rainbow Acupressure owner Hye Morgan and employee Un Ae Dunkin.

Police received a tip the morning of Feb. 15 from a patron who observed men and women walking around the Laurel Hill Plaza business while naked, according to Gloucester Township Police Capt. Anthony Minosse.

Police raided Rainbow later that day, and arrested Morgan and Dunkin, according to Gloucester Township Police Deputy Chief David Harkins.

Numerous assets have been seized pending forfeiture, including bank accounts, safe deposit boxes and large sums of currency, as a result of the investigation, Minosse said.

Morgan, 51, of Lindenwold, was charged with two counts of third-degree promoting prostitution. She was lodged in Camden County Jail on $15,000 cash bail following her arrest.

Dunkin, 52, of Mount Laurel, was charged with engaging in prostitution, a disorderly persons offense, and was released on her own recognizance.

Rainbow has been issued several violations by Gloucester Township fire, code-enforcement and construction officials and the Camden County Department of Health. The business has been shut down on those violations.

The prostitution investigation was headed by Gloucester Township Police Det. Scott Obermeier, FBI Special Agent Stephen Rich and Camden County Prosecutor's Office Investigator Michelle Chambers.
