Stuck Tractor-Trailer Clogged NJ's Walt Whitman Bridge Traffic
The vehicle has been cleared in PA, reopening the area that had caused delays for NJ commuters.

PHILADELPHIA — A tractor-trailer got stuck on a Philadelphia roadway Wednesday morning, delaying travel for New Jersey commuters on the Walt Whitman Bridge.
The ramp to Interstate 95 South was temporarily closed during the morning commute after the truck was unable to turn onto the surface streets, a Pennsylvania State Police spokesperson told Patch.
It was cleared in about 15 minutes, officials said. The ramp has reopened.
