GLOUCESTER TOWNSHIP, NJ — Gloucester Township Police are searching for a woman who's believed to be homeless and has connections to South Jersey and New York City.

Jakira Minor, 23, was reported missing around 5:45 p.m. Sept. 20, police said Monday night.

Minor was released from a medical facility in Waterford Township about seven or eight months ago. She moved to New York City and was evicted from her home, police said.

She is now believed to be homeless and was "last known to be in the area of" Henwood Place in New York City on Sept. 23, police said.

Minor's clothing description is unknown.
