34 Tires Stolen From Hackettstown Garage: PD
The tires are worth $1,400, and police are asking for the public's help.
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Hackettstown police are investigating the theft of 34 tires from a local garage, and are asking for the public's help.
The tires, worth about $1,400, were stolen from Motor City Garage on East Plane Street on two dates. The first theft happened on May 19 around 6:40 a.m., and a second theft happened on June 10 between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m.
Police say a white van pulled into the parking lot and drove away with the tires. You can see security camera footage of the van above.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Hackettstown Detective Bureau at 908-852-3302, 908-852-3300 or send an anonymous tip by texting 888-777 with "TIP HACKPD" followed by the tip.
