Blotter: Four Arrests Made In Hackettstown
The accused face various charges related to DWI and drug possession. One was arrested on a warrant.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Three people were recently arrested in Hackettstown on charges ranging from DWI to drug charges. Another was arrested on a warrant.
The most recent arrest was made Feb. 9 just after 2 a.m., police said.
According to a statement from Hackettstown police, an officer saw a car make a right turn from West Moore Street onto Washington Street. When the car turned, the officer noticed the car swerved into the oncoming lane.

Police found the car stopped in the 100 block of Valentine Street with the driver, 24-year-old Brianna Delvin of Wharton, standing outside.
Police said the officer spoke to the driver and noticed the smell of alcohol. Delvin was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated, careless driving, and expired registration. She was released pending a court appearance.

A 22-year-old man was charged Feb. 7 with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to stop at a stop sign.
The incident began Jan. 9 around 7:42 p.m. when police pulled over a car on Seymour Terrace and found suspected marijuana. Police said the car was driven by 22-year-old Eric Gaertner of Hackettstown.
On Feb. 5, 53-year-old Edward Ceglowski of Independence Township, was arrested on a Hackettstown Municipal Court criminal warrant. Police said Ceglowski was booked into the Warren County Correctional Facility.
Lastly, a 19-year-old suspect was arrested Jan. 20 for drug charges related to marijuana. Police said the suspect, a Stanhope resident, was pulled over on Route 517, and an officer noticed the smell of raw marijuana.
In an investigation, police said they found a container with suspected marijuana, a grinder holding suspected marijuana, a possible marijuana cigarette, a pouch containing suspected marijuana, a rubber bong and a homemade plastic smoking device.
She was charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending a court appearance.
