Flanders Man Arrested For DWI in Hackettstown: Police

Maximilia Williams, 29​, was arrested after a motor vehicle stop around 1:43 a.m. Sunday, police said.

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.– A traffic stop on Route 46 led to the arrest of a 29-year-old Flanders man for DWI, authorities said.

The officer detected the odor of alcohol and came to the opinion that Maximilia Williams, 29, was driving while intoxicated, Sgt. Darren Tynan said.

Williams also dropped a lit cigarette onto the ground during the stop and was issued a summons for dropping debris from a motor vehicle, Tynan said.
