HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Primary Election Day is here in Hackettstown, and both the Democratic and Republican primaries are uncontested. On the Republican side, Gerald DiMaio, Jr. and Matthew Engelau ran for the two nominations for Town Council. On the Democratic side, Mark Gillan and Nicole Wolfrum ran for their party's two nominations. Unofficial vote totals were not available as of 10:54 p.m. on election night. The four candidates will face off in the general election for two open Town Council seats come November.
