Hackettstown Woman Charged With Distributing Xanax: Prosecutor
The Warren County Prosecutor's Office has charged Heather Hadgkiss, 33, with distributing Xanax, including near a public park.
HACKETTSTOWN, NJ β A Hackettstown woman faces multiple charges and awaits a court hearing from the Warren County Correctional Center, for reportedly distributing Xanax.
Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer announced charges against Heather L. Hadgkiss of Hackettstown on Tuesday, which he said were a result of a four-week investigation in both Hackettstown and Independence.

Hadgkiss, 33, was charged this past Monday with two counts each of distributing Xanax, possession of Xanax with the intent to distribute it and distributing it within 500 feet of a public park.
The distribution and possession with intent to distribute charges could bring up to five years in state prison for each count, Pfeiffer said in a news release, with the distribution counts near a park each carrying a sentence of up to 10 years.

Pfeiffer said that the Hackettstown, Mansfield and Warren Countyβs Washington Township Police Departments, assisted with the investigation.
