Have You Seen Her? Hackettstown PD Seek Missing 24-Year-Old Woman

Kelsey Cassone was last seen around 8 p.m. on Monday, police said.

HACKETTSTOWN, N.J.– The Hackettstown Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating a missing 24-year-old woman.

Sgt. Darren Tynan said that Kelsey R. Cassone was last heard from at around 8 p.m. Monday.

Her phone was last used on the western side of Mansfield Twp. at 8:53 p.m. Monday, Tynan said.

Cassone was wearing a long burgundy sweater dress, black pants and black boots before her disappearance, according to the sergeant.

The 5-foot-7, 130-pound Cassone drives a 2016 black, four door Honda Civic with N.J. plates: A94GUT, Tynan said.

She has brown eyes and brown hair with red highlights, he said.

Cassone has a lower lip piercing, a tattoo of 3 triangles behind her left ear and a tattoo on her left arm below the wrist, he added.
