Man Called 911 After He Was Banned From Bar For Life: HPD

It was last call forever for one Hackettstown man, who called 911 after being banned from the local watering hole for life.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — It's last call for good for one Hackettstown man, who called 911 after he was banned for life from a local bar, police said.

Randie Banghart, 21, was kicked out of Marley’s Gotham Grill around 11:30 p.m. on Memorial Day. A 911 call was placed to police, and officers say they found Banghart outside the bar yelling and cursing at bar employees. Banghart was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

During the investigation, police reviewed the 911 call that first reported Banghart was being kicked out— only to find that it was Banghart himself who placed the call. Banghart was charged with calling 911 without needing 911, and was released with a court date.
