Tickets, Towing For Cars On Street During Snow: Hackettstown PD
You'll be issued a ticket and your car might be towed if it's left on the street during the snow emergency, police said.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — Ahead of Tuesday night's storm, Hackettstown police have declared a snow emergency starting at 2 p.m. All residents are asked to take their cars off the roads by then.
No parking will be allowed on any Hackettstown roads, except the municipal lots, from 2 p.m. on Tuesday until the emergency is lifted. Anyone who leaves their car on the road could receive a ticket or see their car towed.

Wednesday: A chance of snow showers, mainly between 10am and 4pm. Partly sunny, with a high near 21. West wind 7 to 15 mph, with gusts as high as 28 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New snow accumulation of less than a half inch possible.
Wednesday Night: Mostly clear, with a low around -1. Wind chill values as low as -14. West wind 13 to 16 mph.
