WARREN COUNTY - A motor vehicle crash on Route 94 in Warren County has prompted commuting delays in the area Wednesday morning, authorities said. As of 5:54 a.m., there are downed wires and an overturned truck on Route 94 in both directions south of CR 659/Spring Valley Road in Frelinghuysen Township, according to the New Jersey Department of Transportation.
