2 Haddonfield Schools Close Due To Post-Storm Power Outages
80 percent of Haddonfield households during the storm, with hundreds still lacking electricity the morning after.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — Two Haddonfield schools are closed Wednesday as they continue to lack power in the overnight storm's aftermath.
Central Elementary and Haddonfield Middle School will not meet Wednesday, the Haddonfield School District announced at 8:30 a.m.
The day will not be made up, but the district anticipates a normal Thursday school schedule.

Haddonfield has 696 outages as of 9:30 a.m. Wednesday — Camden County's highest total at that time — according to PSE&G. The outages are impacting 12.6 percent of the township.
PSE&G estimates that power will return by around 2:30 p.m.

About 80 percent of the borough lost power overnight.
