CAMDEN COUNTY, NJ — No matter how the Philadelphia Eagles fare in Super Bowl LIX, two Camden County school districts will kick things off late the next day.

The Gloucester City and Pennsauken school districts will operate on a two-hour delay on Monday, Feb. 10. Both school systems said they want students and staff to enjoy the game and safely attend school the next day.

"It is a rare and special time for families to watch our local professional football team compete in the Super Bowl," Gloucester City Middle School said on social media. "We feel that it's important to give students and staff the opportunity to enjoy the game with their families and still attend school & work the next day safely and well-rested."
