Candlelight Shopping in Haddonfield

Downtown Haddonfield truly comes alive every Friday night in December during Candlelight Shopping, when stores extend their hours and festive carolers, live musicians, and roaming entertainers fill the streets with holiday magic for residents and visitors alike. The town is all aglow with illuminated trees and luminaria in place to guide patrons through the district.

It’s the perfect time to explore all the wonderful shops and restaurants in town and truly feel the magic of the holiday season. The final Candlight Shopping night will be on Friday, December 20th. However, “Last Minute Magic” runs from December 20 through 24, when downtown stores continue to offer extended hours for last-minute holiday shopping.

For added festivity, "Caroline" an electronic carriage is available to transport shoppers throughout town. Riders will be driven in an open air cabin, which holds 4 snuggly, on a holiday loop for only $20. There are no reservations, but e-carriage rides are first come, first served. Pickup is at 200 Kings Highway East (line starts in front of CVS). A signed waiver is required, riders must be 18 years or older and/or be accompanied by an adult.
