
Christine Fink(nee Covintree), 95, a 58-year resident of Haddonfield died Sunday.
She graduated from Collingswood High School in 1935 and had lived in Haddonfield since 1955. She worked for Curtis Publishing Co. and retired in 1972 from NY Shipbuilding Corp. in Camden, where she worked for 29 years in the payroll dept.
She was a charter member of Haddonfield AARP, Membership Chairwoman for many years. She worked at the membership table at Moorestown AARP. Member of the Haddonfield senior advisory board, and board worker of the county Board of Elections. Longtime member of the First United Methodist Church of Collingswood. She received the Borough of Haddonfield Senior Service Award in 1999.Â

She was the wife of the late Clarence Dehart Fink; aunt of Ruth A. Covintree, David E. Covintree, George E. Covintree, David Fink and JoAnn Woodburn. Also survived by several grand and great grand nieces and nephews. Pre-deceased by her parents Jessie Snyder Covintree and Clarence Covintree, and siblings, Margaret Covintree Seaman and Dr. George E. Covintree.
Mrs. Fink’s family will receive friends on Monday from 11 to 11:45 a.m., at Kain-Murphy Funeral Services, 15 West End Ave., Haddonfield. Her service will follow at noon. Interment, Berlin Cemetery, Berlin. Memorial donations may be made in her name to Interfaith Caregivers, P.O. Box 186, Haddonfield, NJ 08033 or Trinity Methodist Church, Tansboro, NJ
