Emergency Testing Monday At Haddonfield Schools
The test will set off exterior strobe lights and audio notifications, the district said. School buildings will be closed for Rosh Hashanah.
HADDONFIELD, NJ —The Haddonfield School District will be testing its emergency notification system on Monday September 26, when the school is closed for Rosh Hashanah.
Representatives from RFP Solutions will be at district buildings to test the system, which will respond as if there is a real emergency.
"That means the system will set off exterior strobe lights and will produce audio notifications, as well as emails and text messages to our administrators," the district said in a news release. "Local Law Enforcement and the community will be made aware of the test ahead of time."
