Haddonfield Emergency System Testing Postponed: Officials

Testing slated for Monday's school closure has been postponed until November, school officials said.

HADDONFIELD, NJ - Haddonfield School District’s emergency system testing set for Monday has been rescheduled, officials said.

The testing slated for Monday, Sept. 26 is set for a new date of Nov. 10 when school buildings will be closed Thursday and Friday of that week for the New Jersey Education Association convention.

The system will respond just as it would in an actual emergency, meaning the system will set off outside strobe lights and produce audio notifications, as well as emails and text messages to district administrators, school officials said.
