Haddonfield's Tatem School Collecting For Toys For Tots Campaign

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Tatem Elementary School in Haddonfield hosts a “Drive-Up Toy/Food” event next week, and the police department will be participating.

Student Council and their Peer Leaders organized the event, in which new and unwrapped toys will be donated to the Haddonfield Police Department’s Toys for Tots campaign, police said.
Food items will also be collected for HaddonFEED, a student-run program.

The event takes place on Monday and Tuesday, 3:15 p.m. to 4 p.m. each day. J. Fithian Tatem Elementary School is located at 1 Glover Avenue in Haddonfield.

Anyone who can’t participate in the event can still donate toys to the police department’s Toys for Tots campaign until Dec. 23. Read more here: Haddonfield Police Collecting Toys For Tots In Camden County

The official collection bin will be set up inside the lobby of the police department in the lower level of borough hall from Dec. 1-23, according to borough officials.

Drop-off hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The toys will then be distributed throughout Camden County. Parking Enforcement Officer Mary Blackman crafted the two decorated bins.
