Saxbys To Open Cafe At Rowan College At Burlington County
Saxbys has a location in Haddonfield, and is opening its second student-run café at Rowan College at Burlington County in the spring.

Philadelphia-based Saxbys is continuing to expand in South Jersey. The coffee shop that already has locations in Haddonfield and at Rowan University is looking to add a student-run café at Rowan College at Burlington County this spring, the college announced.
The café at the college’s Mount Laurel campus will run via The Saxbys Experiential Learning Platform, in which students will be able to earn college credit, a salary and real-life business experience all at the same time.
Rowan College at Burlington County joins Rowan University, Penn State University and Drexel University as part of the program. Each café has a Student Café Executive Officer (SCEO).

The SCEO will manage all aspects of the café including team development, community outreach initiatives and the café's profit and loss statement, receiving a semester of college credit, a competitive salary and a bonus in addition to gaining invaluable management experience.
The first Rowan College at Burlington County SCEO will be announced soon, officials said.
