Car Slams Into Bergen County Townhouse, Leaves Gaping Hole: Police

A vehicle traveling south in Wood-Ridge hit a townhouse on Wilson Lane, leaving a hole in the front of the building, police said.

WOOD-RIDGE, NJ — A vehicle slammed into a Wood-Ridge townhouse, leaving a large hole gaped in the front of the building, police Lt. James Witkowski said.

At around 4:14 p.m., a vehicle driving south on Wesmont Drive crashed into a Wilson Lane townhouse, Witkowski said.

Both people in the vehicle walked away from the crash with only minor injuries, police said.

No one was home at the time of the crash, police said.
