Kids on the Corner Fall Workshop

An Adaptation of Rudyard Kipling's Just So Stories

Care on the Corner is excited to offer the fall Kids on the Corner Theater Workshop for children in grades 2 – 7. This session marks the 46th production of Kids on the Corner!

Under the direction of Emily Beets, the group will work with an adaptation of Rudyard Kipling’s Just So Stories. Kipling began working on the book by telling the first three chapters as bedtime stories to his daughter Josephine. These had to be told "just so" (exactly in the words she was used to) or she would complain. The stories illustrate how animals acquired their distinctive features, such as how the camel got his hump.

The Workshop meets on Fridays October 4, 11, 18, 25 and November 1 from 3:30 – 6:00 pm. All are welcome to come out and see the production on Friday, November 1 at 7:00 pm.
