License Renewed In Someone Else's Name, Man Arrested: Bergen Co. Cops
A man was charged with falsifying records after his photo was found in Lodi previously assigned to another license, police said.
LODI, NJ — A man was accused of renewing a driver's license by providing someone else's expired license, social security and billing statement, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Francisco Venturacuba, 40, of Paterson, was charged Tuesday with fourth-degree unauthorized use of personal identifying information of another, and fourth-degree falsifying records.
An investigation found that Venturacuba had renewed the expired license in his name in 2019, and that on March 10 of this year, he had applied for a license in Lodi at the Motor Vehicle Commission, which discovered that his photo had been previously assigned to a different license, the prosecutor's office said.

Police received information from the MVC that he had the same driver's license photo on two separate driver's licenses with different personal information, and later charged him, the prosecutor's office said.
He was released on his own recognizance pending a future court hearing, the prosecutor's office said.
