Man Accused Of Sexually Assaulting Child: Bergen Co. Prosecutor

WOOD-RIDGE, NJ — A Wood-Ridge man was arrested and charged in connection with the alleged sexual assault of a child on multiple occasions in the borough, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.

Steve. R. Shelley, 43, was charged with third-degree aggravated sexual contact, and third-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Musella said.

Shelley was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a detention hearing, the prosecutor's office said.
