LODI, NJ — A 41-year-old truck driver was accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail on the roof of a Lodi establishment, causing fire damage to the exterior, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said in a news release on Thursday.

Andy Pena, of Lodi, was arrested and charged with second- degree aggravated arson, second-degree attempt to cause widespread injury or damage, third-degree arson, and third-degree possession of a weapon. He was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending his first court appearance.

The charges stem from a July 8 incident, in which an "incendiary weapon" involving a glass bottle was thrown on the roof of a commercial establishment, the prosecutor's office said.
