Man Sold Oxycodone To Undercover Cop In Bergen County: Prosecutor
A man is facing drug distribution charges after he allegedly sold oxycodone to an undercover detective, the prosecutor's office said.
EAST RUTHERFORD, NJ — A man sold oxycodone to an undercover detective in East Rutherford, and, on another occasion, was found in possession of oxycodone in Cliffside Park, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
Christopher Novembre, 44, of North Bergen, was charged with third-degree distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, specifically oxycodone; and third- degree possession with the intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, specifically oxycodone.
Novembre was arrested on Sept. 8 as he was parked in his vehicle in Cliffside Park, where he was found to be in possession of oxycodone pills he intended to sell. He was released on a summons pending his first court appearance, Musella said.
