A routine part of the annual reorganization meeting includes the mayor's appointments to all borough positions as well as the appointment of council members to the committees of which they will serve as commissioner for the coming year. Among the council members not much was changed from last year to this year as far as which council persons will head up which departments in the borough. Pamela Link continues to serve was commissioner of Finance, Justin DiPisa as commissioner of Police and David Gonzalez as commissioner of Fire, Streets and Sanitation. Sonya Buckman remains the Recreation commissioner and Russell Lipari remains comissioner of Heallth and Land Use. Newly sworn-in Councilman Christian Semenecz will serve as commissioner of Public Facilities and Transportation. In addition Mayor Rose Heck named all the appointments to borough positions and the various boards and committees in the borough. See the attached PDF files to view all the appointments for 2013.
