Care on the Corner is offering a new Workshop: Creating Magical Gardens.
Kids from 5 - 11 year olds are invited to create their own Magical Garden. Everything needed to create a Magical Garden is included in the fee of $30 per child. NewARTS Kids provide all materials: containers, rocks, miniature accessories (dragons, unicorns, etc.), soil, small plants, landscape and ground cover materials.

The workshop is under the direction of Debra M. Cook. Debra is a Fine Arts Instructor, Sacred Artist, Botanical Illustrator, Iconographer and Photographer. She was educated at Parson’s School of Design, School of Visual Arts, NY, Botanical Garden, and the Prosopon School of Iconology. Debra has taught art lessons and workshops to children, teens, and adults for over twenty-five years at her private art studio, churches, and various locations. Debra’s artworks have been exhibited and awarded in shows, and her icons, drawings, paintings, and photographs hang in churches and many private collections.
The kids meet at the Care Center, 333 Franklin Avenue, Hasbrouck Heights.
