10 Car Break-Ins Reported in Hillsborough: Police
The Hillsborough Police Department reports multiple vehicles have been entered during overnight hours in town.

The Hillsborough Police Department reports multiple vehicles have been entered during overnight hours in town.
“Chief Paul A. Kaminsky would like to remind all township residents to lock their vehicles and keep valuables out of sight,” according to the Hillsborough Police Department.
“This will help deter crimes of opportunity which have been occurring over the past few weeks during overnight hours. Additionally any suspicious activity should promptly be called into the Hillsborough Township Police Department.“

A Deanna Drive resident reported their vehicle was entered sometime overnight while it was parked outside the residence and the convertible top of the vehicle was damaged. Value of the damage was $159.
Sept. 2
A Deanna Drive resident reported two of their vehicles were entered sometime overnight while they were parked outside of the residence. Various items were taken from the vehicles. Total value of the stolen items was $160.
Sept. 2
A Deanna Drive resident reported their vehicle was entered sometime overnight while it was parked outside the residence. Various items were taken from the vehicle and a window was broken as well. Value of the stolen items was $124.
Sept. 2
A Balmoral Court resident reported two of their vehicles were entered sometime overnight while they were parked outside of the residence. Various items were taken from the vehicles. Additionally, both of the vehicles were damaged by being scratched with an unknown object. Value of the stolem items was $180. Damage to the vehicles was reported to be in excess of $500.

A Bloomingdale Drive resident reported their vehicle was entered sometime overnight while it was parked outside of the residence. A radar detector was taken form the vehicle. Value of the stolen item was valued at $200.

A Bloomingdale Drive resident reported their vehicle was entered sometime overnight while it was parked outside of the residence. Various items were taken from the vehicle. Value of the stoeln items was $75.
Sept. 2
A Bloomingdale Drive resident reported both their vehicles were entered sometime overnight and various items were taken. One of the vehicles was parked in the garage of the residence. Additionally items were taken form the open garage. Value of the stolen items was $330.
Sept. 3
A Cromwell resident reported their vehicle was entered sometime over the past few nights while it as parked outside of the residence. Various items were taken from the vehicle. Value of the stolen items was $110.
Sept. 3
A Deanna Drive resident reported their vehicle was entered sometime overnight while it was parked outside of the residence. A window on the vehicle was broken. Value of the broken window was $100.
Sept 4.
A Bloomingdale Drive resident reported a ladder and shop vacuum were taken from his garage sometime over the past two days. Value of the items $150.
