3 New Cops Hired, 3 Police Officers Promoted In Hillsborough
The Township Committee approved resolutions at its Tuesday meeting authorizing the hirings and promotions.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Three new officers were hired, and three officers were promoted on the Hillsborough Police Department.
The Township Committee approved a resolution at its Tuesday meeting authorizing the hiring of Donald Ala, Terrance Fox, and Anthony Santos as Police Officers, effective July 9.
Ala will receive an annual salary of $87,874, Fox will receive an annual salary of $58,726, and Santos will receive an annual salary of $58,726.

Additionally, the Township Committee approved a resolution for three promotions.
Sergeant Henry Olszyk was promoted to the position of Lieutenant, effective July 9, at an annual salary of $180,870.

Corporal Michael Laboy and Corporal Brian Gorka were promoted to the position of Sergeant, effective July 9, at an annual salary of $148,883.
