Abandoned Dog Found Tied To Tree In Somerset County
A man was walking along a path near a utility building when he heard a dog barking on Friday night, said police.

MONTGOMERY, NJ — A dog was found tied to a tree and abandoned in Montgomery on Friday night.
On July 25 at 7:47 p.m., Montgomery Police went to Suffolk Lane after a dog was reported abandoned.
The caller was walking along the path in the area of the utility building when he heard a dog barking, said police.

The caller found the dog tied to a tree behind the utility building. Police contacted Animal Control, who responded and took custody of the dog.
