Disciplinary Hearing Scheduled for Hillsborough Cop Charged With DWI
A Hillsborough police officer was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated in November 2014.
The Hillsborough Township Comittee will be holding a disciplinary hearing for Hillsborough Police Officer Richard J. Yock, who was charged last year with driving while intoxicated by Somerville Police, next week.
The hearing is scheduled to take place on Tuesday, June 16, at 7:30 p.m. One or more executive sessions may be conducted and formal action may be taken, according to Hillsborough Township officials.
Yock was arrested and charged by Somerville Police in November 2014 with driving while intoxicated, according to NJ.com. Authorities found Yock at 1 a.m. asleep behind the wheel in the middle of a lane at the intersection of East Main Street and North Bridge Street in Somerville on Nov. 20, 2014, the report said.
