Easter Services and Egg Hunts
Here is a list of Easter events happening in and around HIllsborough this year.

Easter falls on Sunday, March 31 this year, so stock up on Cadbury Creme Eggs now!
Whether you want to attend an egg hunt, church service or get your child’s photo taken with the Easter Bunny (much less traumatic than Santa Claus), check out our list of Easter events happening in Hillsborough.

Pheasant's Landing's popular egg hunt, sponsored with the Rotary Club of Hillsborough, begins at 11 a.m. Saturday in the lawn in front of the restaurant. The free event for kids up to 8 years old offers "Golden egg prizes," as well as photos with the Easter bunny, refreshments and more.
Crossroads Community Church is sponsoring the Easter Egg Hunt at Hillsborough High, which will be held from 9:15-10:15 a.m. Sunday. Kids in up to the fifth-grade are welcome to participate. Send an email to the church to register or for more information (you can also call 908-431-4373).

Holy Saturday
- 8:30am: Morning Prayer
- 11:00am: Blessing of Good
- 8:00pm Easter Vigil Mass. No Mass at 5:00pm or 6:30pm.
Easter Sunday
- Normal Sunday schedule. Overflow Masses in the gym
St. Joseph's Church
Holy Thursday
- 7:30 p.m. Mass of the Lord's Supper
Good Friday
- Noon: Stations of the Cross
- 7:30 pm: The Liturgy of the Passion & Death of the Lord.
Holy Saturday
- Noon: Blessing of the Food – Hospitality Room
- 8pm: Easter Vigil Mass
Easter Sunday
- Masses: 7:15 am, 9:30 am and 11:30 am
- No Mass at 6 pm
Faith Lutheran Church
Maundy Thursday
- 7:30 pm: Confession, Holy Communion
- “The Vigil at the Altar”: Members are invited to spend an hour in meditation and prayer in the sanctuary or at home. Maundy Thursday 9 p.m. to 3 p.m. Good Friday.
Good Friday
- 7:30 pm: The Adoration of the Cross
- Saturday
- 7:30 pm: Easter Vigil
- Easter Day Worship
- Worship services at 8 am, 9:30 am and 11 am. Holy Communion will be celebrated at all services.
