Five Guys In Hillsborough To Host Grand Re-Opening
The burgers and fries franchise underwent a complete refresh with new decor, a new manager and new staff.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Five Guys in Hillsborough is hosting a grand re-opening on Wednesday.
"We are so excited to bring Five Guys a fresh new look in Hillsborough and have a grand reopening on Wednesday, Feb. 28," said Tara Minardo, who owns the location with her husband Philip Minardo and John Cokinos.
The location at 415 Amwell Rd in Hillsborough closed in mid-January for a total refresh.

Everything was completely pulled back and gutted with new counters, new appliances, and new furniture added, said Tara Minardo to Patch.
The trio has owned Five Guys in Somerset and Mercer counties since January 2022. Along with the renovations, a new manager and new staff members were hired.

"We are definitely trying to listen to the customers and get the best people in place," said Minardo.
A ribbon cutting is expected on March 8.
