Halloween Curfew

Hillsborough Township's curfew ordinance bars children under the age of 18 from being on any public street or property between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m. between Oct. 28 and Nov. 1, unless:

• 1. They are accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 21;
• 2. Or they attending or traveling home from a municipal, church or school program;
• 3. Or returning home from work, a doctor's or dentist's office for or after treatment.
