Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Nurse Jay is currently working in the emergency room of Robert Wood Johnson Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
Jay is very dedicated humanitarian and loves to help others in need. He is also a Coast Guard retiree who had more than 20 years of faithful service.
