Hillsborough HS Girls Varsity Volleyball Team Named Somerset County Champs
Hillsborough Township Mayor Britting presented the team with a proclamation recognizing their successful season.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Hillsborough High School Girls Varsity volleyball team were presented with a proclamation for their successful season.
Mayor Robert Britting, Jr. presented the team with the proclamation at the Jan. 23 Township Committee meeting.
The team was named Somerset County Champions for 2023 and Group Four Semi-Finalists. They had an undefeated season record of 10-0.

"The Mayor and the Hillsborough Township Committee, do hereby commend the 2023 Hillsborough High School Girls Varsity Volleyball Team, Coach Iaione, and parents, not only for their successful season but for their hard work, dedication, and commitment to the sport and to those principles of good sportsmanship, teamwork, and academic achievement which the organization endorses," according to the proclamation.
