HILLSBOROUGH, NJ - The Hillsborough Planning Board is slated to hear an application for a warehouse on Amwell Road during its first meeting of the new year.

The applicant, 303 Amwell LLC, will be seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval, as well as bulk variance and waivers, to construct a warehouse with related stormwater management, parking, lighting and improvements at the Jan. 12 public hearing, according to planning board documents.

The Westfield developer, under REDCOM, proposes 85,348 square feet of warehouse space near the Willow Road intersection. The application was continued from a September 2022 meeting, which only took place for about 25 minutes before a gas leak in the municipal building, per My Central Jersey.
