Hillsborough Shop Offers Discount For Reading Books

Kids who read 10 books will get $10 off a $50 or more purchase this summer at the consignment shop.

HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — A Hillsborough consignment shop is offering a summer reading program for kids which can end up saving their family money on books. Max and Mia's is offering a reward for kids who read lots of books.

The reward system is simple: once a kid reads 10 books, they'll get $10 off a $50 purchase.

"This allows them to spend the $10 on a reward and their parents can get great deals in store," owner Brett Cooper told Patch.
