Hillsborough's 2025 Road Paving Program Is Underway
A total of 16 roads in the township are expected to be completed by October.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — The Township's 2025 Road Paving Program has started, announced Committeeman Shawn Lipani.
The Engineering Department received a schedule from the awarded contractor, Stilo Contracting, that the concrete ADA ramp reconstruction are underway, weather permitting.
Milling and paving will follow.

"Plans are to have sections of Falcon Road and Bloomingdale Drive completed during the summer months while school is out and the remaining roads will begin shortly after in August," said Lipani at the Tuesday night Township Committee meeting.
All roads should be completed by October. Below is a full list of the 2025 roads to be repaved:

- Kilmer Drive
- Fern Way
- Gail Court
- Briar Way
- Scott Drive
- Barbara Drive
- Arlene Court
- Matthew Road
- Daniel Drive
- Walnut Grove Road
- Falcon Crest Drive
- Falcon Road (remaining portion to Sunnymead)
- Township Line Road
- Dukes Parkway West
- Bloomingdale Drive(small portion from Auten to Clubhouse Drive only)
The Township Committee approved a resolution awarding a contract for the "2025 Capital Roadway Paving Project" to Stilo Paving & Excavating in an amount not to exceed $1,790,302.77 at its April 22 meeting. Read More: $1.79M Contract Awarded To Improve Hillsborough Roads
The Township received eight bids with the lowest bid from Stilo Paving & Excavating located in South Plainfield.
