Hillsborough's 8th Annual Restaurant Week Set For September
Township eateries are invited to participate in Restaurant Week set for Sept. 23 through Sept. 28.
HILLSBOROUGH, NJ — Hillsborough announced the return of Restaurant Week and is inviting Township eateries to participate.
Running from Tuesday, Sept. 23, through Sunday, Sept. 28, the 8th Annual Restaurant Week is an opportunity for local eateries to promote their diverse culinary masterpieces through a well-publicized event.
The event is hosted by the Hillsborough Business Association (HBA), an offshoot of the Hillsborough Business and Economic Development Office.

"This annual tradition has been growing in popularity over the years and is now one of Hillsborough Township’s highly anticipated and well-received community events," said Mayor John Ciccarelli.
Each participant chooses what incentive they will offer to customers: prix fixe menus, tasting menus, special menu items, complimentary items, or a discount. Restaurant Week includes breakfast and lunch options for those establishments that serve these meals.

Interested restaurants are encouraged to register for Restaurant Week 2025 on the Restaurant Week web page.
Participation is free, and benefits include advertisement on the Hillsborough Township website, local signage, and promotion on the Township’s social media. Other benefits include the opportunity to showcase menu items and the ability to attract both new and returning patrons from Hillsborough and surrounding communities.
Participating residents are also invited to share photos of their Restaurant Week experiences on social media under the hashtag #HBoroRW25.

"Our amazing business owners not only go above and beyond daily, but truly get excited about making this week such a special time.
